AITP is the professional association comprised of career minded individuals who seek to expand their potential -- employers, employees, managers, programmers, and many others. The organization seeks to provide avenues for all their members to be teachers as well as students and to make contacts with other members in the IS field, all in an effort to become more marketable in rapidly changing, technological careers.

Fox Valley Technical College hosts one of the many branches of AITP. It is one of the best ways to contact other companies and help you reach your goals.

AITP membership normally costs $100.00 but college students receive a discount for a total of $20.00. For joining AITP, you receive a one year membership with AITP and may attend official AITP seminars and other related events. During your semesters at Fox Valley, the officers at Fox Valley host speakers and presentations for current business affairs. There are also business tours to several of Wisconsin's best companies.

AITP meets on the first and last Tuesday of every month at 10:30am to 11:30am in room A125. There are also additional meetings for the officers to plan the months activities.

Please refer to AITP dues reference guide for chapter dues. A subscription to Information Executive is included with your membership dues. Contributions or gifts to the AITP are not tax deductible as charitable contributions. However, they may be tax deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses.
